PусскийThe virus sampling tube is used for the monitoring and sampling of infectious pathogenic microorganisms in the disease control part and the clinical part. It is suitable for the collection of influenza virus, hand, foot and mouth virus, measles and rubella virus including new coronavirus.
For the nucleic acid test of the new coronavirus, sample collection is the first step. Conventional sample types include throat swabs, nasal swabs, sputum, bronchial lavage fluid, alveolar lavage fluid, etc. The virus sampling tube is used for sampling. The RNase-free storage tube is used to transport nasopharyngeal swab specimens or tissue specimens of specific parts from the sampling site to the testing laboratory for PCR extraction and testing.

The virus sampling tube is composed of swab + sampling tube + sampling liquid. The sampling liquid contains Hank's liquid base, gentamicin, fungal antibiotic, BSA (V), cryoprotectant, biological buffer and amino acid. On the basis of Hank's, adding BSA (the fifth component of bovine serum albumin), 4-hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid (HEPES) and other virus stabilizing ingredients can maintain the activity of the virus in a wide temperature range. Reduce the speed of virus differentiation and increase the positive rate of virus separation.
