A feeding bottle is an appliance used to hold milk and is generally used by babies. The baby bottle itself does not contain a nipple, it only refers to the bottle body, but generally manufacturers of baby bottles will give a nipple with the bottle. In terms of raw materials, the baby milk bottles in the milk bottles can be divided into: glass milk bottles, plastic milk bottles and silicone milk bottles. Among them, the materials of plastic baby bottles generally include PC, PP, PES, PPSU, and silica gel. Except for PC, it does not contain bisphenol A (BPA), and the "PC" material has been proven to release the toxic substance bisphenol A when exposed to a high temperature of 100°C.
On October 21, 2020, the State Administration of Market Supervision (National Standards Committee) issued a mandatory national standard for "Bottles and Nipples for Infants and Young Children".
